Anybody know what can be done for a tiny broken capillary on the face? Can these be "zapped" away painlessly by the dermatologist?

Yes Cookie - they do it with lasers I believe but they CAN get rid of them! I have several as a result of skin cancer and haven't bothered having them removed but it's a simple procedure....just make sure you are seeing a reputable, appropriately licensed doctor to have the procedure done. Good luck!

There is a procedure called IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)that gets rid of broken veins and also, stimulates the tissue. It will get rid of freckles and age spots too! I haven't had one in a long time and probably need it. I went to a dermatologist for mine.

Cookie never had the problem but went with my friend who had some done on her cheek and it was fast, painless and she looks amazing. Those lazers are something else.

I used to have several around my nose. And I don't now. I think it's because of the Sea Buckthorn Body Oil I sometimes put on my face. That or the Skn Savr[tm]
