Many of you know our family's been going through a lot lately. We still are... but in the midst of all the trials and challenges, I need to praise God for his blessings.

Friday night, my two aunts from VA came to visit. Since I had a concert scheduled in Springfield, MA, they spent the day with us at church. After the morning service and lunch, we went to a beautiful park in Westfield, where we enjoyed nature at its best. Then, we returned to church for the evening programming, concluding with my concert. It did start later than scheduled, because they had a person from the American Cancer Society speaking just before my concert.

My mom was with us too! Even thou the audience was relatively small, we had some sales last night-an extra blessing!

One of my aunt's been very ill lately, but she had a wonderful day and seemed so full of life. She's an inspiration.

Then we returned home for a late supper of homemade "Chinese Rice" and other goodies that I'd prepared friday.

This impromptu family gathering and being able to worship together, plus the walk in such beautiful park (which my aunt enjoyed the most)was wonderful!

God is good all the time! Sabbath is always an oasis at the end of each week, but this one was truly amazing! And I praise God from whom all blessings flow!
