Hi. My name is Mary Biederstadt. I'm new here. I began to have incontinence problems years ago, while laughing, sneezing, sudden movements, etc... I was having issues with painful sex, constipation, hemorrhoids, GERD and painful urination at the same time. Basically falling apart!

I had a total meltdown last spring and researched like crazy on the internet. I've discovered some amazing things about how the body works.

I started writing a blog to inform people about their Psoas and Piriformis muscles, and how to stretch them. These muscles and others in the area are what truly supports our internal organs and holds them up in the right places! Among other things, I learned the Pigeon Pose, and I don't have incontinence anymore.
