I just tried calling my husband's insurance & of course you couldn't get a human being on the phone to help you!!! Let alone be able to choose that option 100 option's later!!!

Then I went on their web site--and it's horrible!
I couldn't get any of the information I need!!!!!

When you don't want someone to answer the phone-& just need the store hours...someone answers!! But when you need someone to answer & speak to you like a fellow human being...you get voice activated nonsense!!!!

ARGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
