KC and Dotsie,
In the late '70s, Dr. Norman Vincent Peale was big. I read many of his "Power of Postive Thinking" booklets, etc.
I'm glad KC has brought new blood to this focus. People need to spotlight the lighter, sunnier side of life.

Laughter is healthy too. Its good for you. Some say better than milk. However, I wouldn't go so far as to say its better than Oreos. Let's not get crazy.

KC is one of those people you instantly LOVE to pieces. She is genuinely glad to hear from you when you write, always answers, and always has something uplifting to say.

Her newsletter is properly named, too. It truly is a Virtual Moment of Joy. If you haven't signed up for her newsletter, you should. It will make you feel warm and fuzzy all over. There's always something in there to make you smile, giggle, or belly laugh. I open it first when I see it come in the mail. You rock girl!

Ohhhh my gosh ladies....you are making me blush! (And of course smile). And I agree....oreos AND laughter is s pretty darn good mix! Isn't it soooooo nice to be around a bunch of wonderful women who support you! YAY FOR THESE FORUMS and this website....thank gawd for visionaries like Dotsie and fun-lovin folks like Georgia the Queen Jaw Jaw who look out for the sisterhood! When you go thru the ups and downs of life, we all need to stick together.

And I've learned lately that learning to laugh thru the tears is important too. This quote helps put it all in perspective...."The deeper that sorrow carves into your being, the more joy you can contain."

A sense of humor and knowing that laughter is the best medicine are good tools to have.

Now enjoy this bright sunny day you gorgeous gals....and remember, "You don't stop laughing because you grow old, you grow old because you stopped laughing!"

Smiling in Maine,
KC

Its so refreshing to see something like KC's newsletter instead of all the garbage in our world. Take time out, read, reflect and smile awhile....

KC was kind enough to mention what Georgia and I had to say about her in her newsletter. I was touched by her again. She also mentioned the NABBW at the bottom too!
