Anne Holmes Boomer in Chief Registered: 03/12/10 Posts: 3212 Loc: Illinois	Well former IL Governor Ryan is in prison at Terre Haute, Indiana, and he got something like 6.5 years. Since some say he ended up in prison for his efforts to end the death penalty in the state ( George Ryan Nominated for Nobel Prize) I would certainly hope Blago will receive a much longer term... I think we need to do away with the death penalty; even one innocent life lost isn't worth it. Is it four IL Governers that ended up in prison? As why Ryan is in prison, he had a long list of dirty laundry too. I have never heard anything about him trying to do away with the death penality.
