I wonder if it is in any way related to yesterday's news about Gaddafi, though I don't think the two are directly related... Washington Post and Chicago Trib are reporting that Obama has just announced that ALL US troops will be leaving Iraq by the end of 2011. Here's a link to the article in the Post. There's a video clip in it, if you'd like to see the actual announcement. Woo Hoo!
