I just watched a segment on the NBC Nightly News about Tennessee Vols basketball coach Pat Summitt's diagnosis of early onset dementia. Then I saw this link which tells more of her story: Pat Summitt has Early Onset Alzheimers Disease This is a feisty woman who is the NCAA's winningest college coach anywhere, man or woman. She was diagnosed a few months ago, and her first response was denial. Now she is talking publicly, and it will be interesting to see what happens next.
