Has anyone heard of or tried SENSA? Itr's a new diet product everyone is talkning about. You just sprinkle it onto your food and it's like a miracle supposedly.

Don't know anything about SENSA, Chatty, and hadn't heard of it before your note. But I would be hesitant to try it. I think the best way to reduce weight has to be the old standard of reduced calories and increased exercise.

I understand your hesitation to try or Any other diet product Anne. Eat less, exercise more seems to be the safest, surest way...

Plus that's a whole lot cheaper too, lol!!!
