Glad you're OK, Jabber, despite losing your internet connection.

Isn't it amazing how much of an impact something like this -- essentially bad weather -- can make on our lives?

Just think of all the people in Colorado who are now going to have to be cleaning up after all the flooding. Some roads will be out a year, they say.

Likewise those valiant people in New Jersey who are now dealing with a second wave of destruction along the Boardwalk.

And the images of the floods in Mexico are awe-inspiring as well.

With all our global technology capabilities, it's amazing to think how much we are still impacted by weather.

Of course, droughts cause devastation too, and upset our food supplies globally.

I know. Banking for instance, goes awry when the computers are down, as well as grocery stores and big box stores. Everything seems to have negative results when bad weather rakes havoc.

Returned home last night from a RVing/geocaching trip to Tennessee. Two of the KOA's we camped at did not have Wifi access. So I couldn't post most of the time we were traveling.
Glad to be home. Hope all is well with everybody here!
