I want to share a new web site I learned about while reading Good Housekeeping. A friend gave me the magazine while I was in the hospital this summer and I'm finally getting around to reading it.

There was a neat questionnaire in the magazine so I explored the stie a little before recommending it. www.isitreallydepression is a great site for women who either are, or have a loved one who is depressed of suffering from bipolar disorder.

For anyone like myself trying to inderstand Bi-Polar this is a great site. So much we don't understand.
