A Daily Message to Yourself

A Daily Message to Yourself - 04/08/10 01:10 PM

May today there be peace within.
May you trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith in yourself and others.
May you use the gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you.
May you be content with yourself just the way you are.
Let this knowledge settle into your bones and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise, and love.
It is there for every one of us.

I was recently at a funeral where this was shared. I loved it and wanted to share it with you.

I did not write this, Chatty. It was written by the woman who died. I have my own version that I say, but I like this one so much better.

Anno,
That is very beautiful. I just listened to Joyce Meyer talk about
allowing the soul to rest and first, getting grounded in the
fact that God loves you. People hear that but they don't let the reality of "God Loves You" get rooted, deep down in their soul!
And many people don't love or even like themselves. God loves you; and love yourself. Then rest your soul in the love of God.
That's cool stuff! And thank you Anno for sharing those words of
wisdom!

Wayfaring,
U R welcome but I was only repeating what God's messenger told the world. I think those are very important words of wisdom;
we need to believe with all our hearts, "God Loves Us!" Because
many of us don't feel worthy of divine love. And when we hit those rough roads of life, God is the only Hand we can grab onto, to steady our trip! IMO...
