Best Corn on the Cob Recipe?

OK, for all you foodies who are enjoying the fruits (and vegetables) of your local farmer's markets, who has a new recipe for corn on the cob to share with us?

I've only bought it once so far this summer -- and it's almost not summer anymore!

But I found this article with a bunch of new corn on the cob recipes and I'm really anxious to try the one with guacamole and bacon...

I also listened to a recording of an older PBS radio program yesterday featuring an interview with a chef who wrote a book on ways to serve corn... I think this is her book... She's not just dealing with fresh corn -- I believe she has corn muffins, popcorn, etc...

So what's your favorite way to prepare corn?
