Superbowl commercial thoughts - 02/02/15 10:58 PM

I'm not a big fan of NFL football, so I really didn't care who won the game Sunday. But I do always watch just to see the commercials, and - sometimes - the halftime show.

I thoroughly enjoyed the commercials, though I don't think the Always commercial - "run like a girl" - was new. I believe I'd seen it at least once before. Still like its message.

Of course, who could not love the Budweiser commercial?

And I also liked the Mindy Kahling commercial for Nationwide. I could identify with it, because the one time I tried to hail a cab in NYC they all ignored me. I assumed it was because I don't know how to do the imperative cab-hailing whistle...

But in case you didn't see that one, here's a link.

What commercial did you like best?

Louisa, Anne is trying to keep the forums goin'.
I'm sure she'd love it if you'd join-in and stir up some
discussion.

I held off commenting on these Superbowl commercials in hopes that others' would enter the subject. I liked best: Clydesdale horses saving the puppy from a wolf.

Katie Couric doin' dance moves in a car.
