Podcasts or Pod Casts - 04/27/06 06:30 AM

I'm so low-tech I don't even know what's correct but I am interested in Podcasts. I've been asked to do some teaching via Podcasts and need help with

*the language - what's correct?
*how to do it
*what's it mean

I haven't a clue how to go about this whole thing.

Can someone please help?

This is the latest and greatest. A simple answer is that it allows people to boost it from the internet and listen at their convenience.

One of my nephews listens to Meet the Press this way and has for months. He swears by it.

Universities are also getting onboard. They're putting lectures online for students to do the same.

I coninue to be amazed by everything we can do by using our pcs.

Thanks Dotsie, any idea on "how" to make a podcast?
Chatty gave me a website but it's hard for me to know what's going on. Almost nothing makes sense to me if it's computer stuff.
