Cottage Living, April---had a great article about this architect named Ross Chapin who designs close-knit homes that create a sense of commitment. The homes were adorable and the people who live in these communities seem to just love one another. The homes are anywhere from 650 sq feet to 1600 sq feet. What a great feeling that would be. Think of all of the community fun you could have in a village like that! Picnics, get-togethers, Pampered Chef parties, LOL! Everything! And I just bet people in these communities would take care of each other, if needed. But it would be a hoot to have people in the community that knew you and cared how you were. I think it was a camp area for a specific denomination. Does anyone know what I'm talking about. It was like stepping back in time. I loved it!
