Yes, I expect to lose about 7-8 lbs the first week, then more gradual weight loss after that. I'll start an exercise program next week (I hope!). If I try to do it the week that I start, I get too hungry and blow the diet. Have to let my body get used to this no sugar thing.
Actually, we are going kid-free to Hawaii. Dan goes over to Kona for two weeks about six times a year. I don't get to join him very often, and have never gone with just the 2 of us. Very much looking forward to that.
Ryan has decided he wants to join the army like his brother did, so will probably ship out sometime in July. He's lived in Hawaii for 2 years and been many times, so he'd rather stay home without the parents. Although, I wonder what he'll eat? He's not one to fix his own meals. Probably live off of cereal, junk food and quesadillas.
