I appreciate the invitation! I haven't been on Amazon very long & have only sold 1 book so far. I didn't actually go through the usual process to get on Amazon either. I went through a company online called BookBaby.com. For a small fee, they took care of the distribution to Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Sony & the iPad store. If you think that would be of interest, then I'm happy to join the call. Of course, I would love to know how to take my book to the top.
