You'll feel full faster. This tip is from last night's "No Spin Zone"; since I know members here who are not O'Reilly fans, thought I'd share this tip with ya'all! Years ago when I used to coach Diet Center owners on how to build their businesses, I became familiar with their eating plan. It involved drinking a glass of HOT lemon water first thing in the morning.
