We had a cool, wet spring, so I was thinking that I might not taste the wonder of corn picked the same day I eat it until August. Delightfully I was wrong, and we started enjoying Fincel's Sweet Corn this week. And here's the next thing I will be using it to make: Corn Soup! I got it from a little roadside stand down on Route 16, a main highway a couple miles away. Just bought a microwave corn steamer. Works great. Got it out of one of those Harriet Carter catalogs. We bought that Potato Express, and it works really well!
