Cathi,
Definitely praying that your husbands health, as well as your daughter's returns to normal and that you all can enjoy good health once again. I pray that God will set you all on the road to recovery!

Thanks so much Jawjaw, this means alot.

quote:
He went to have a blood test and EKG today and they don't seem to be worried.

Well, there was something to worry about. I just came home after spending all day in the ER with him. His heart rate was incredibly high. The Cardiologist wants him in the hospital over night to monitor him. He suspects that Richard's mitral valve is leaking severely. If this is the case, he will need open heart surgery. He's had this leakage for awhile but it has always been mild.

I thank God for His comfort. I thank God that He is making it possible for us to catch these problems. I thank God that the people I work for are extremely understanding.

Thanks my Boomer Comrades!

Love and Hugs,
Cathi

Cathi,
We are here for you - please know that, and try to get some rest tonight while you can.

Let us know how he's doing; we're praying for him!

Hi Everyone,

Well I've been running to and fro the past few days, LOL.

Richard is going to have a T test on Monday. This is the one that they stick a camera down the throat. This test will determine if he is going to have surgery or not.

Thanks ladies for being so wonderful. Oddly enough, I am calm about all this right now. Last week I was a wreck, but now I am really calm.

This is how God works, I believe this whole heartily.

I love you all alot!

Cheers,
Cathi

Thanks Ladies,

At the same time we have been very busy at work learning a new system. That isn't so bad because I can take Monday off without using my leave time. It's really interesting how things work out isn't it? One would think that having my husband with all these problems plus my workload would drive one crazy. Not so, this has my adrenalin going and it gives me something to take my mind off any worries.

I think about you all the time and I am really blessed to be a part of this group.

Dotsie, I hope all goes well with your dad. Let us know how things go. Keeping you prayer.

I love you all alot!

Cheers,
Cathi
