My neighbors adopted an African Grey from an elderly man who is too ill to care for her (her name is Gabby). Before I tell you what she does, I should explain that Greys do everything in sequence. Like when Sammie sees me open the cat food, she starts calling the cat, the door, the chime, etc.
When I first get up in the morning, Sammie says, "How ya doing, babe?" in my husband's voice, just like he does when he's home.
Okay, so now that you understand that, my neighbor's Grey sees the male of the household get up in the morning and makes a farting sound. I guess this is what the elderly man did first thing every morning. Just too funny.
