Dianne Queen of Shoes Registered: 05/24/04 Posts: 6123 Loc: Arizona	Speaking of Sammie, she was on her perch and not necessarily happy with the food I gave her and she has quite the attitude and was throwing her food across the room so my Italian Greyhound comes to the rescue and is sniffing around, looking for scraps and Sammie climbs down to the bottom or her perch and leans over to the dog and says, "No Diz, No!"

Of course, the Diva, Sammie, would be at the top of the page. And, she does get paid and her checks should be made out to me. And of course, I would put the money into her personal account. What? Dianne Queen of Shoes Registered: 05/24/04 Posts: 6123 Loc: Arizona	My neighbors adopted an African Grey from an elderly man who is too ill to care for her (her name is Gabby). Before I tell you what she does, I should explain that Greys do everything in sequence. Like when Sammie sees me open the cat food, she starts calling the cat, the door, the chime, etc. When I first get up in the morning, Sammie says, "How ya doing, babe?" in my husband's voice, just like he does when he's home. Okay, so now that you understand that, my neighbor's Grey sees the male of the household get up in the morning and makes a farting sound. I guess this is what the elderly man did first thing every morning. Just too funny.

I guess Queen hen you do get a bird you'll really have to be careful of whatever you say and do....No more funny water and certainly no more blow up dolls. Oh good Lord, I hope the McCaw I fostered for those weeks didn't pick up any of my potty mouth...She went to live at a Catholic priests office rectory....oh my!!

When I take her out of her cage in the morning, she used to say, "Hi Bird." (I don't know why she does this) but now, she says, "Hey Bird." It's a southern thing.
