They talked about this on Good Morning America.

I do believe that women are more subject to their hormones that we'll ever know.

As for dressing attractively, I think I make more effort on a regular basis nowadays but that probably has a lot to do with having more time in my day, and a little more money than when our kids were young.

Then again, maybe there's biology at work here too - I'm aware that my husband's at the age where he'd be real attractive to a trophy wife, and I want to make sure he has no reason to do so! So my killer instincts are on the rise...

Killer instincts, love that use of the terminology and good for you!!! Make sure no little miss 'hot pants' is paying for his cleaning.

dejavu, your trophy wife comment is great. I beleive we should dress for our spouses (as I sit here in a hoodie and sweats cut up the leg due to my knee surgery). If we don't, there are tons of women out there who will and probably do!

I've noticed that when I wear a skirt and high heels, the hub gets much more attentive, if you know what I mean.

Dots, my nail tech glued part of my toenail together and put polish on it. Still looks weird.

I don't ovulate anymore but I remember feeling more frisky when I did.

Dianne, gotta keep those nails looking pretty girlfriend. You go girl.

Chatty, funny, I have on a similar outfit today. Teenager, well not really, but thanks

Jeannine, I read the article and I can't believe it. It left me wondering what happens to us perimenopausal and menopausal women...

Chatty, I don't know. Half of it pulled away and I didn't damage it. She glued it so I wouldn't catch it on something, which would hurt. Must be old age or something. It's gross.
