I'm trying to Squidoo but could use a little help. What's an RSS feed and where do you get one? LOL

If you don't know from Squidoo, it's kind of like blogging or Myspace, I guess? (I've never done Myspace either.)

Anyone have a squidoo you'd like to share so I can see what it's supposed to look like?
