It's October first and the weather's changing here in Baltimore. It's perfect for brisk walks, but here's my problem:

I walk for an hour at least 4-5 times a week. I am walking at a quick rate. I'd love to lose a few pounds, well more than a few, but not a dang pound has come off this summer. In fact, I gained weight. Now I know I wasn't really watching what I was eating, but I don't think I should have gained. The past two weeks I've watched what I've eaten and still haven't lost a pound. Help! Suggestions.

Oh, and I don't think it's fair that I walk about 20 miles a week and lose nothing!
