At this moment in the lifespan of this community, we are who we are, still very much a work in progress. Every woman here is still a work in progress. None of us is perfect, and this community will never be the perfect place for every woman who comes through these cyberdoors. Every single woman here has her own history, wounds, wisdoms, perceptions, opinions, capabilities and limitations. All we can do is offer what we're capable of offering at this point in time, which may or may not be what a newcomer is looking for at this time. That's not our fault that we cannot live up to everyone's expectations and needs or provide the perfect fit for every woman...everyone arrives here with her own hopes and expectations - how can we possibly meet them all, we're only human, and we're only who we are, both individually and as a community. We can guarantee that we'll continue to grow and evolve, but we cannot ever promise to meet everyone's needs, or guarantee that we will evolve at the speed or in the direction that every individual woman needs or wants.

We are who we are. We bend and we mold ourselves the best we know how to to each woman who comes in here, but we're still just who we are, and really, the only choice for any of us is to accept that this is who we are, and to either stay and grow together, or not.
