The weather has been strange, high highs and high lows, not sure what to make of it. It's great you are finding ways to get in your walks and runs. I know so many people who use weather as an excuse (and it is a good one!). Has anyone tried mall walking? I've heard of malls opening before 9 to give people access to the floors just outside of the stores so they can get their walks and or runs in. It's definitely a good way to avoid the high temps in the summer (and bad ozone), allergies in the spring and fall and low temps in the winter. I've never tried it (unless you count walking around the mall when the stores are open as exercise ;-), but would be interested to know what others think.
