You say you've a background in public relations, but IMHO there isn't any PR in the world that could soften the blow of sexual child abuse. It's an issue which can't be dressed up in frills and lace. It shouldn't happen! And there's no way to make it all flowery and sweet, no matter what sort of 10 cent words are used. Generally that sort of stuff is hidden, only to appear when victims slam the door on it! sick
