recovered and have no lingering effects. I know you wear a good helmet, which is crucial.

I also have experience with changing your sleep over from day to night or the reverse. Those who do that for their jobs know it can be very challenging. I hope you are winning the effort. But I suspect you are, as it seems to me that you are a very disciplined person.

I actually read an article recently that opined that changing over to daylight savings time actually impacts us for about 3 months. Do you also have this time change in Canada?

You're so correct that being in good physical condition aids healing. That is why my doc wants me to get into better shape before he does the surgery.
