My kitty is, well, throwing up a lot lately. She eats Purina hairball formula (crunchy), she is 12 years old, yet the vet says she has nothing wrong w/ her and I'm tired of spending $$$ to hear that. This has been going on for a year.

When I open a new bag of food, she loves it and will not vomit for a week or so. Yet, after the bag is "old" (even though it is sealed) she begins to vomit. She simply eats, and as soon as I leave the room, she does this, then goes on as if nothing has happened.

So, I ask how may I remedy this? Place her food in a tupperware type container? Move her food bowl to another location (presently on shelve in laundry room to keep dog away and she has to jump up to eat).

I've also tried supplements like kitty snacks for hairballs, yet this makes it worse.

I'm open to all suggestions! Thx.
